For UFO lobbyist, the truth is out there

by on Jul.07, 2010, under Breaking News

The airspace above the U.S. Capitol is a no-fly zone, but Wilbur Allen says he regularly sees unidentified flying objects overhead.

At dusk, Allen often sits quietly at the base of the Reflecting Pool, his camera pointed toward the Capitol dome, waiting for something, anything, to travel through one of the most heavily secured skylines in the world.

“When it grows dark here, things can get bizarre,” he says matter of factly, peering through the lens of his camera.

Allen is among a small, persistent group of activists invested in “exopolitics” — the study of the social-political implications of human contact with extraterrestrials. Like many exopoliticos, Allen believes that Congress should disclose to the American public that the government is aware of the existence of other life forms — and that it needs to develop a game plan in case actual contact is made.

Allen, who has a master’s degree from Howard University and used to work as an engineer for a local news outlet, is practically part of the Capitol landscape, and his photos, taken over a period of years, do appear to show different lights, bulbs and flying objects hovering around the Capitol dome.

There’s never been a solid explanation of them, but Allen’s images have so disturbed him that he regularly sends his latest photos to the U.S. Capitol Police.

He doesn’t get much of a reaction.

Technically, the Capitol’s airspace is not considered within police jurisdiction.

“Capitol Police do a great job, but they are not prepared to deal with extraterrestrial life forms,” Allen says with a shrug. “And most members of Congress are nonbelievers. They don’t want to believe that something outside the box could happen.”

“No comment,” said a spokeswoman for the Capitol Police.

As a general matter, things are looking up in the exopolitical world. In 2007, the French government announced it would release all of its UFO documentation. The chief astronomer for the Vatican recently said that the existence of extraterrestrial life was not outside the realm of plausibility. A recent Reuters poll showed that one in five people in 22 countries believe in extraterrestrials.

Official Washington remains skeptical.

Though the Internet is filled with stories about UFO sightings in Washington in 1952, Senate historian Donald Ritchie says he has no record of it.

“The only UFO I’ve seen at the Capitol was in the movie ‘Mars Attacks,’” Ritchie says.

Stephen Bassett continues to be the only registered lobbyist on the issue, attending congressional hearings, writing letters and attempting to land meetings with members.

Bassett’s Paradigm Research Group is dedicated to pushing the government toward disclosure and includes a fundraising arm — Extraterrestrial Phenomena PAC.

Earlier this month, Bassett hosted X-Conference 2010 at the National Press Club, during which he and other experts called for disclosure. While every member of Congress and representatives from the White House were invited, the 130-person crowd contained mostly scientists and believers.

For most lawmakers, UFOs are an intergalactic third rail a concept they can’t touch for fear of looking like overgrown Trekkies.

“I have met with members of Congress, but the overall situation is always the same. They will not publicly address the issue,” says BassETt. “People on the Hill are largely taken up with raising money and getting reelected. They aren’t going to say something that will hurt them. They’ll get clobbered pretty badly.”

“The problem is, I don’t know if [extraterrestrials] are registered in my district,” says Rep. Gene Green (D-Texas), an avid supporter of space exploration. “Members typically tend to deal with problems we already have. Maybe someday we’ll deal with this, but we’ll have to cross that bridge when we come to it.”

Bassett’s lobbying records show little to no activity; for the past several years, he’s spent less than $5,000, lobbying the House, the Senate and the executive branch.

This year, he says, the X-Conference lost $35,000, which Bassett now needs to make up.

Michael Salla, executive director of the Exopolitics Institute, says he and others in the field have tried to reach out to Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, former Clinton chief of staff John Podesta, National Security Adviser Jim Jones and members of Congress. Podesta, who heads the Center for American Progress and orchestrated the Obama administration’s transition, has in the past called for the government to be more transparent about its records.

“It’s a politically dangerous topic for politicians,” said Darrell West, director of governance studies at the Brookings Institution. “They have to be careful they don’t get labeled as loony because of their interests. The chances of there being life out there go up every day, but you don’ want to be exercising leadership on an issue when no one is behind you.”

Rep. Dennis Kucinich (D-Ohio) learned that lesson the hard way after insisting, during a 2007 presidential debate, that he “saw something” over a friend’s house in Washington state.

Kucinich tried to make a joke of it — “You have to keep in mind that Jimmy Carter saw a UFO and I think more people in the United States have seen a UFO than approve of George Bush’s presidency,” he quipped, but he was still lampooned far and wide for the comment.

So the exopoliticos toil on, a tiny minority making a lonely push for disclosure on Capitol Hill.

“Few people are willing to make this kind of sacrifice. There’s no money. You can’t have a spouse or kids, and you have to live a very basic life,” Bassett says.

“I have nobody in my life right now,’ Allen says. “When you talk about seeing UFOs, everyone thinks you’re strange.”

Roswell’s Legacy: How a Town Became UFO Central

by on Jul.01, 2010, under Breaking News

Out of this world Roswell headline(June 30) — Sixty-three years ago, something fell out of the sky near Roswell, N.M., launching decades of speculation about the true nature of the object.

Was it an extraterrestrial spacecraft that crashed in 1947, killing its alien occupants, or — as the military originally claimed — nothing more than a weather balloon?

“It wasn’t a weather balloon. I could swear on the biggest Bible there is. It wasn’t a missile, it wasn’t any part of any kind of aircraft that we know,” said Maj. Jesse Marcel, who served as intelligence officer at Roswell Army Air Field (RAAF) in 1947.

Roswell Daily Record
An unusual front page headline of the July 8, 1947, edition of the Roswell Daily Record.

But enough people favor the alien spaceship theory to warrant a huge annual festival this weekend, as Roswell — or, if you will, UFO central — celebrates the 63rd anniversary of the event that turned the 50,000-resident town into a global UFO culture destination.

In addition to the expected roster of lectures given by UFO researchers and authors, Roswell expects tens of thousands of people from around the world to merge with the town for an “Aliens In Cinema” parade, Alien costume contests, music and dance performances, art exhibits, and — of course — 4th of July fireworks.

The celebrations began in 1997 with the 50th anniversary marking the event of whatever the object was that crashed there. “People started to look at us as more of an alien city, as an attachment to that unexplained phenomenon,” Roswell Mayor Del Jurney told AOL News.

“It’s a great opportunity to bring people to Roswell, to show who we are as a community. It’s what identifies Roswell a little bit different than most any other community in the nation.”

There are about as many different opinions about the Roswell incident as there are stars in the sky, but there’s at least one thing that nearly everybody — believers and skeptics, alike — agrees on: In early July 1947, an object smashed into a ranch outside of Roswell, scattering debris across a large area.

After Marcel investigated the incident, an official press release was issued on July 8, 1947, with the headline: “RAAF Captures Flying Saucer on Ranch in Roswell Region.”

Naturally, media interest ran high as reporters clamored for more details about this amazing discovery. The next day, military officials deflated the flying saucer story, claiming instead that the debris was simply pieces of a fallen weather balloon.

After a famous photograph, transmitted around the world, showed Marcel posing with the alleged balloon debris, the alien ship story quickly died.

Three decades passed before former nuclear physicist Stanton Friedman spoke with Marcel, who opened the UFO Pandora’s Box, when he speculated that the 1947 “weather balloon” was not manufactured on Earth.

Friedman began to investigate the events surrounding Roswell.

“I followed up enough to find a number of key people, and with no Internet available, it took a lot of work,” he said.

At the time, in 1979, I was producing nightly UFO reports for NBC Radio in New York, when Friedman put me in touch with Roswell participants who were finally willing to supply other pieces to the long-forgotten flying saucer/weather balloon puzzle.

Maj. Jesse Marcel from the Roswell Army Air Field is pictured with debris found northwest of Roswell, N.M., in July 1947.

Marcel, who had been in charge of intelligence and security for the Roswell base in 1947, told me his commanding officer ordered him to check out the reported debris left by whatever it was that came from the sky.

“We started picking up the debris, loaded as much of it as we could into a pickup truck and I filled up my car with the stuff, as well,” he said. “It’s almost indescribable — it’s not the kind of material I’d ever seen in my life, nor have I seen it since.

“There were various types of materials, I couldn’t identify any of it. Some of it looked like it was made of wood, yet it was not wood. It was flexible, but it wouldn’t even burn.

“Some of the debris looked like a form of parchment and it had unknown symbols of some kind on it.

“What amazed me most of all was the weightlessness of all this material — it weighed nothing!”

It never occurred to Marcel that he was retrieving pieces of a downed weather balloon, because of how much debris there was.

“We only picked up one small fraction of what was out there — it was scattered over such a wide area, about three-quarters of a mile long and several hundred feet wide. So, we were busy all day long, picking up this stuff.”

On his way back to the base, Marcel stopped at home to show his wife and 11-year-old son some of the debris. He said they were all startled at how some of the very thin, tin foil-like material couldn’t be dented or broken.

“There were these I-beams about 12 to 18 inches long, and the most unusual part of that was the symbols or writing on the inner surface,” Marcel’s son, Jesse Marcel Jr., a rETired Army National Guard flight surgeon, told me years later.

“I thought, at first, it was like Egyptian hieroglyphics, but when I looked closer, it seemed more like geometric symbols of some kind — it was very strange.”

After Marcel Sr. brought the unusual material to the Roswell base, Col. William Blanchard ordered the base press officer, 1st Lt. Walter Haut, to issue a press release indicating that the military had recovered something unusual.

“Col. Blanchard called me and said, ‘We found something west of Roswell, we don’t know what it is, but you ought to put out a release on it so that we don’t get caught with our pants down,” Haut told me in 1979.

That resulted in the infamous crashed flying saucer headline seen around the world.

After issuing the press release, officials ordered a B-29 flight crew to transport the debris to Carswell Air Base in Fort Worth, Texas. Flight engineer Robert Porter said the crew wasn’t told anything about the strange cargo they loaded into the plane.

“I handled it, lifting it up into the hatch of the B-29, but we didn’t know what it was — it was all wrapped in brown paper packages. There were several pieces, including one that was triangular shaped, about 2 ½ by 3 feet, and at first I thought the package was empty because it had no weight to it at all, like it had nothing in it.

“I was up in the plane and I reached down to lift it, thinking it would weigh something, and it was just real light.”

When Marcel arrived at Carswell Air Base, he met with Gen. Roger Raimy. “He told me, ‘Don’t open your mouth to the press,’ which I wasn’t about to do, anyway. He said I should put some stuff on the floor and let the press take a picture of it, and I was careful not to put anything there that showed any detail on it.”

According to Marcel, after he returned to Roswell, the press was allowed to photograph (at the Carswell base) what he described as “a mock display of the debris. They used a battered weather balloon, and they let the press take pictures of that. So you see, the whole thing was a cover-up to begin with.”

Whether it was an ET spaceship that somehow lost its way or a high-altitude military weather instrument, it became the symbol for the whole idea of UFO cover-ups — not to mention a cause for celebration for a small desert town.

X-Conference 2010 brings the UFO/ET issue to the National Press Club in Washington, DC between the Capitol and the White House

exopolitics

  1. the art or science of government as concerned with guiding or influencing governmental policy toward extraterrestrial-related phenomena and extraterrestrial beings.
  2. exopolitical actions, practices, or policies.
  3. the exopolitical opinions or sympathies of a person.
  4. the total complex of relations between the human race and non-human, intelligent beings.

  • disclosure – formal acknowledgement by the world’s governments of an extraterrestrial presence engaging the planet.
  • disclosure process – private and public efforts to bring about disclosure since 1947, which intensified after 1991 and the end of the Cold War.
  • truth embargo – a policy initiated by the U. S. government with the cooperation of its WWII allies to withhold from their citizens the truth of extraterrestrial, non-human beings engaging the human race. Disclosure would mark the end of the truth embargo.

Breaking News (4/7/10): Witness to the UK 1980 Bentwaters incident, John Burroughs, will present in conjunction with Linda Moulton Howe.
Breaking News (3/26/10): The documentary The Day Before Disclosure will premiere on Friday evening after the Cocktail Party.

Paradigm Research Group is pleased to announce it will bring to the National Press Club in Washington, DC a powerful group of speakers to focus on the governmental, political and media aspects of UFO/ET/and related issues – exopolitics. Collectively, the X-Conference speakers hold enough knowledge of extraterrestrial-related phenomena and government involvement with this phenomena to end the government imposed truth embargo tomorrow. All it would take is for the political leaders and the political media to pay attention. And yes, once again they will be invited.

Dan Burisch PhD. Aka Danny Crain Credentials

by on Jun.21, 2010, under Dr. Dan Crane / Burisch

Dr. Dan Crane / Burisch Credentials – Biological Alchemist

Dan Burisch is a microbiologist who received his Ph.D. from the State University of New York, Stonybrook, in 1989. He is 46 years old now, born on February 2, 1964. His birth certificate name was Danny B Crain. I have met and talked with his mother, Dodie Crain, and with Dan Burisch, Ph.D., himself.

In 1990, he married Deborah Kay Burisch who had a child from a previous marriage. Five years later in 1995, Dan legally changed his last name from Crain to Burisch to match the child’s legal last name. In 1989, as Dan Crain graduated from SUNY Stonybrook with a Ph.D. in Microbiology and Molecular GenETics, Dan was at the same time employed by the U. S. Navy’s DOD Naval Research Laboratory. His rank was Captain and his title Microbiologist IV.

In 1994, he was assigned to work in an underground laboratory at S-4/Area 51, five floors under the Papoose Mountain installation at Nellis AFB, Nevada. The fifth floor is accessible only by one secure elevator. Dr. Burisch told me that in the year 1994, he suited up in the fifth floor underground laboratory like an astronaut with breathing and urination hoses.

His assignment was to enter a round “clean sphere” filled with cold hydrogen atmosphere that housed an entity called “extraterrestrial” by his government superiors. According to Dr. Burisch, his boss reported to a MAJI committee, an extension of the Majestic-12 Special Studies Group organized by President Harry S. Truman in 1947. Majestic 12 included top scientific, military and business leaders asked to study the extraterrestrial phenomenon.

Family Album

This is a copy of the invitation sent to Danny B Crain and family for attendance at Dan’s coming graduation ceremony for the awarding  of his Bachelors of Science Degree.  Stargate Productions producer Ron Garner has contacted the UNLV administration requesting confirmation of Dan’s Bachelor of Science degree.  The administration only confirms the Award of the Bachelor of Arts degree, they say they have no records of the Bachelor of Science Degree in their  records.  Then why do we have this invitation if the event never happened?  The invitation shows the event to take place on May  26, 1985.

UNLV denies that the Bachelor of Science degree was  ever awarded, however, Stargate Productions producer Ron Garner has a copy of Dan’s mother’s recording of the entire ceremony in which her son was invited to the podium by the master of ceremonies to receive his Bachelors of Science Degree that took place  on May 26, 1985.  (This recoding will be provided to competent researchers at the proper time and place by Stargate producer Ron Garner) Note: the “Black Ops” have tried in vain to erase all of his academic records.  The reason being they don’t want his first hand testimony of the UFO/ET information to be backed up by legitimate academic credentials there by giving him credibility because  his back ground and educational  qualifications are impeccable.

Substitute Diploma – Dr. Dan Burisch aka Dan Crain.

This diploma shows what Dr. Burisch currently uses as the “Turn-Key document” in order to access libraries and other research facilities to conduct his ongoing work (as an ‘emeritus’ he remains active and involved in projects employing his discoveries of the GP “healing tones” – rumor has it that he and his team were even involved in helping prevent the toxic water in the wake of Hurricane Katrina from taking an even heavier toll than it did.

A “turn-key” document is basically a tool that is provided to those Majestic agents and employees that need a form of ‘verification’ that the ‘public’ government and educational institutions require before they will comply with a request.  In this instance, since Dan’s auththenticaly-earned PhD. from SUNNY (originally arranged for and funded by former Majestic member Edward Teller – father of the “H-bomb”) has been suppressed. Majestic arranged for him to take a crash course completed in several ‘modules’ and finalized by selected ‘challenge exams’ (exams that are intended to verify the recipient of the degree is indeed as capable as the  degree warrants) so that he could  receive an authentic Doctorate of Philosophy in Biological Systems from an European university.   While certainly capable, Dr. Burisch would like nothing better than to be in possession of his more duly-earned and representative PhD from SUNY at Stonybrook awarded to him in 1989.  In the meantime the original of this document – awarded on December Nine 2003, hangs presently in his office.  After certain ‘patriotic insiders’ – who constantly have to elude discovery as they battle Dr. Burisch’s modesty in helping the world confirm his abilities – provided this redacted copy through channels. Dan confirmed its authenticity to me on the phone and provided me with the above understanding.   By Ron Garner

See over leafs of Bill Hamilton’s email (Bill was the lead researcher in this case):  to identify Dan’s professors that challenged his dissertation in Las Vegas in December 1988.   Dan’s mother Doreen Crain told me that she personally arranged for the professors reservations at the Hilton.  She worked at the Sahara who had comp agreements with the Hilton where the professors were billeted during the examination of her son Dan Crain’s academic challenge for the subsequently   awarded PhD from SUNY that arrived at the Crain home in February 1989 to be framed and displayed proudly in Dan’s bedroom.   By Ron Garner
